Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Location: Trafford

Daily rate: £85- £95

Cover people recruiting patient and empathetic Teaching Assistants to work in our vibrant schools across Trafford.

Responsibilities:

• Help pupils to understand and regulate their emotions and behaviour.
• Support the educational and social development of children with special educational needs (SEN).
• Provide 1:1 and group support to children with SEN, creating an inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement individual education plans for pupils.

Requirements:

• you will need to have strong communication skills.
• have the ability to adapt your approach depending on the needs of the child.
• You will need be resilient and be passionate about helping children thrive.
