Registered Manager: Solo Children's Home - Manchester

Salary: Up to 70,000 Package

As the Registered Manager, you will be instrumental in every step of this journey, from setting up the home to ensuring its successful Ofsted registration and outstanding daily operation.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Launch: Oversee the complete setup of the new home and manage a smooth Ofsted registration process.
• Personalized Care: Develop and implement highly personalized care plans that cater to the specific needs of the young person.
• Build an Expert Team: Recruit and lead a small, specialized team dedicated to providing outstanding support and care.
• Ensure Safety & Quality: Uphold the highest standards of safety and therapeutic care while effectively managing daily operations and budgets.

What We're Looking For

• Qualification: A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or an equivalent qualification is required.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager in a children's residential setting, with a strong background in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
• Driving: A valid UK driving license is essential.

Your Package

• Competitive Salary: A basic salary of up to 60,000.
