OH Medical is currently recruiting for a Clinical Case Manager to work with our client a rapidly growing case management provider in the Wigan area. This is a hybrid position where you will be required to work a minimum of 3 days per week in the office in Wigan, the remaining days can be spent working from home if required. There will be a requirement to travel to visit clients in the North West region. This is a brilliant opportunity to make a massive difference in the lives of people who have been through traumatic accidents, and to aid their recovery, and to help them return to a more independent life. Job Purpose Summary: As a Clinical Case Manager, you will work with clients who have been through a traumatic experience helping them to manage their conditions, and making recommendations to solicitors surrounding what assistance, equipment, and rehabilitation services your client would benefit from in the most cost-effective way.
- To assess your clients' abilities and difficulties in relation to their goal of achieving independence in their day-to-day life as a part of your clients' claim for compensation
- Creating and maintaining a suitable Case Management Plan to enable your client to achieve their optimum level of independence by using a goal-setting process and documenting outcome measures
- To take account of expert evidence advice provided as part of the litigation process
- To coordinate a structured approach to the development of individuals and to keep accurate records of supervision provided, making sure to take account of all current and relevant legislation.
Required Skills: This opportunity does not require you to have previous experience in a specific sector however, you must have good clinical experience and knowledge of one of the following sectors
- Clinical experience in your specific sector
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Therapy or RGN Nursing Qualification or CQSW / DipSW or other relevant Social Care qualifications or Qualification in Clinical / Neuro Psychology or Degree in Speech and Language Therapy
- NMC / HCPC / CSP Registration
- Ability to develop good relations with clients
- Ability to travel to client sites across the North West
Salary and Benefits
- Up to 42,000 (Dependant on qualifications and experience)
