• Helping customers with their early evening routines so they feel safe and comfortable.
• Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and medication.
• Offering companionship sometimes, a friendly chat is the best support.
• Helping with light household tasks, like meal prep and tidying up, to make evenings easier.
