As a Speciality Doctor with experience working within Psychiatry we offer compressed hours flexibility and a competitive rate of pay. Your key responsibilities will be to: You will have input into various aspects of this well-established Psychiatry service, carrying out assessments and implementing treatment plans for patients with both organic and functional illnesses. Providing specialist assessment and care planning in conjunction with service users and carers. Evaluating treatment plans and undertaking discharge planning. Responsible Clinician duties within the community team. Being responsible for an agreed case load. Responding to and informing referrers other professionals as necessary on decisions, care plans, policy, and best practice. Providing clinical leadership within a collective leadership model. Active participation in continuing professional development activities Details about the roles: Speciality : General Adult Psychiatry Location : Greater Manchester Shift pattern: Various ad hoc shifts available every time of the day.
