- Lead quality improvement initiatives and embed robust safeguarding practices.
- Act as a turnaround specialist, providing leadership support and covering Registered Manager duties when needed.
- Develop and implement competency-based practice models across all roles.
- Oversee quality and governance frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Manage transitional changes smoothly, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Provide peripatetic management and hands-on support during significant changes.
- Lead the onboarding and optimisation of digital systems.
- Annual salary of 60,000 - 65,000.

- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and experience with inspections.

- Full driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
