    Salary: Up to 27,000 per annum- Full Time Equivalent (depending on experience)Hours: Flexible choose full-time (MonFri) or part-time (minimum 3 days per week across MonFri) working across our partner practices in Greater Manchester and the surrounding area, at the following locations; Swinton, Altrincham, Lymm and BromboroughEnvironment: Friendly, supportive, and people-focusedImpact: Be part of something meaningful improving lives through better hearing
About the RoleAs a Hearing Care Assistant, youll be an integral part of our practice, supporting private hearing services with a balance of clinical excellence and operational flair.Clinical Duties
    Carry out otoscopy and Tympa-based assessmentsDeliver Pure Tone Audiometry (PTA) screeningsConduct hearing aid reviews and routine maintenancePerform ear wax removal (microsuction, irrigation & manual)Take aural impressionsSupport patients with empathy and clear communicationWork under the guidance of an HCPC-registered Hearing Aid Dispenser
Practice Engagement & Development
    Assist with team training and cross-referralsBuild partnerships with local GPs, pharmacies & communitiesHelp manage appointment scheduling to maximise the HADs time
Operational Responsibilities
    Maintain high standards in line with healthcare regulationsEnsure Health & Safety complianceRepresent THCP with professionalism in both appearance and conduct
What Youll Need
    Qualified Hearing Care Assistant Previous experience working in a customer facing environment and in a healthcare settingGCSEs in English, Maths and Science (grade C or higher)A full UK driving license and the ability to travel between locations Eligibility to work in the UK, and availability for the specified days
