A well-established care provider is seeking Home Care Workers / Care Assistants to support clients in the Manchester and Stockport areas. With over 20 years of experience in the sector, the team is committed to helping individuals live independently and with dignity in their own homes.

The Role

  • Providing support with personal care, medication, and daily living tasks
  • Offering companionship and emotional reassurance
  • Encouraging and promoting independence in the home
  • Accurately maintaining care records and documentation

Skills and Qualifications

  • Must have reliable transport and a valid driving licence (essential for travel between clients)
  • A naturally caring, patient, and compassionate attitude
  • No previous experience required - full training will be given
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
