We're working with a well-established, highly regarded independent opticians in the Cheadle area who are looking to appoint an experienced Practice Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running and continued growth of the practice.

The Role

As Practice Manager, you will be the operational lead within the practice, ensuring everything runs smoothly while supporting both clinical and front-of-house teams.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading, motivating, and developing the practice team Overseeing day-to-day operations and patient flow Ensuring an exceptional end-to-end patient experience Supporting clinicians with efficient diary and clinic management Managing rotas, workflows, and overall practice organisation Driving service standards and operational efficiency Handling patient queries and resolving issues professionally Supporting the continued growth and success of the practice This is a hands-on leadership role, where you'll be fully embedded in the day-to-day running of the business.
