Registered Manager Location: Manchester Salary: £40,000 per annum Hours per week: 40 hours per week

Lead With Purpose. Make a Real Difference. We re looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of care services. This role involves leading teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional, person-centred care. You ll play a key role in driving performance, fostering staff development, and maintaining high-quality outcomes for those we support.

Key Responsibilities Service Delivery

  • Ensure the safe, smooth, and person-centred delivery of care services.
  • Uphold health and safety standards for both staff and individuals supported.
  • Promote a culture of dignity, independence, and continuous improvement.

Team Leadership

  • Manage, coach, and support Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Support Workers.
  • Oversee recruitment, staff development, and performance management.
  • Build strong, supportive teams that deliver consistent, high-quality care.

Financial & Operational Management

  • Effectively manage budgets and staff allocation.
  • Use internal systems to track staff performance, training, incidents, and quality measures.

Partnerships & Referrals

  • Work collaboratively with external stakeholders and professionals.
  • Promote services locally and help drive referrals and placements.

Continuous Development

  • Champion ongoing professional development for all staff.
  • Stay current with legislation and best practice in social care to drive innovation and improvement.
