Opportunity:

Senior Residential Support Worker must have a NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People and experience of working within Children Residential Care.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Key Work Sessions with Children and Young People
• Lead Shifts within the home on a day to day basis
• Staff Supervision
• Attend meetings on behalf of Young People
• Advocate and Safeguarding of Young People
• Ensuring Placement Plans are followed
• Positive Relationships with Children and Young people

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence
• NVQ Level 3 Children and Young People
