• Driver with access to a car essential for travel in and around Altrincham (you must live within 15 minutes of the area)
• Experience with Autism you understand the challenges and strengths that come with autism, and how to offer meaningful support
• Strong communication skills English must be your first language due to communication needs
• Engaging and outgoing personality we need someone who s warm, approachable, and not afraid to take initiative with lots of energy and enthusiasm

Your Role Will Involve:

• Supporting a young adult to build social connections and engage in community activities
• Encouraging and enabling them to develop independence and confidence
• Being a positive presence, a role model, and a trusted companion

• Salary: £13.40ph weekdays, £14.40ph weekends
