Are you an experienced Senior Support Worker or Team Leader ready for a new role? This is an opportunity to join a warm, supportive team in a newly opened home with an experienced provider we ve successfully partnered with before.

About the Role: As Team Leader, you ll play a central role in providing consistent care and support to young people with emotional and behavioural needs. Working on an on-shift rota, you ll:

• Lead shifts and support the wider staff team • Model outstanding, trauma-informed care practices • Work closely with the Deputy and Registered Manager • Oversee safeguarding, risk management, and daily routines • Contribute to care planning and positive behaviour support

About You: We re looking for someone who brings: • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent (essential) • Shift-leading experience in a children s home • Calm, confident presence in challenging situations • Passion for supporting young people to thrive
