Role: HR Business Partner Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 Location: Manchester, Hybrid Hybrid: 2 days in office / 3 WFH. JGA are partnering with a leading, high growth business, seeking an ambitious HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team in Manchester. This generalist role offers broad exposure across the HR spectrum, supporting a high-growth environment. You ll be responsible for delivering day-to-day HR operations, advising on employee relations (ER) matters, contributing to multiple HR projects, and providing key support on M&A integration projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees across the business.
- Manage and resolve a range of employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
- Support the implementation and integration of HR processes during M&A activity.
- Assist with talent management, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate employee records.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices and policies.
- Solid generalist HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and ER case management.
- Experience supporting M&A or organisational change projects (desirable).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
