We're currently seeking an HR Offier reporting into the HR Manager ite based in Middleton

A generalist role for a leading Manufacturing business

Client Details

Our client is a leading organisation in the FMCG industry, well-known for its commitment to it's people and delivering high quality products to it's customers. With 2 sites in North Manchester with approx 400 employees in a Unionised environment.

Description

  • Provide comprehensive HR advice to team members and managers
  • Implement effective HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations issues, such as grievances and disciplinary actions
  • Facilitate employee development programmes
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices

Profile

A successful HR Officer should have:

  • A degree in human resources, business, or a related field
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices and employment law
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, FMCG environm
