Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team within a fast-paced hospitality business. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a well-established and forward-thinking company operating across multiple UK locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end payroll process using the automated system
- Support regional managers by ensuring accurate input of employee data and hours
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing - no manual calculations required
- Prepare and compile detailed finance reports, payroll journals, and monthly reconciliations
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to support reporting and compliance requirements
- Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity across systems
You'll be required to attend an office environment 3 days a week, including ad-hoc travel to other sites.
Profile
A successful HR & Payroll Specialist should have:
- Experience in payroll administration within a multi-site or fast-moving environment
- Strong understanding of payroll systems and reporting
- Confident with finance tasks such as reporting, reconciliations, and journal preparation
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
- A team player with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
