We are looking to expand our team and are on the lookout for a Recruitment Administrator who is motivated, resilient, and ready to take on a rewarding career path. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from an office administration, sales or customer service background to join a highly experienced team and make a real impact.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join a busy and successful team. This role combines resourcing support with general office administrative support to ensure smooth operations across both talent acquisition and office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

  • Maintain and update the CRM inline with GDPR guidelines and company privacy policy.
  • Help coordinate onboarding for new hires specifically for contract roles.
  • Supporting the team on the recruitment process including sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, arranging interviews and candidate onboarding.
  • Searching via CRM, LinkedIn and other job boards.
  • Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events.
  • Screen applications and schedule interviews as and when needed.
  • General admin - formatting CVs and sending across agency TOBs.

Office Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Directors and Consultants.
  • Order office supplies and support facilities management - communication with building manager for any building issues.
  • Help coordinate internal meetings, events, and calendars.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense processing.
  • Support accountants as and when needed with financials.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or recruitment support role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
  • Professional and confident in speaking to Hiring Managers and candidates.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other digital tools including google drive.
  • Experience with ATS or LinkedIn would be beneficial.
  • Friendly, professional, and discreet, with a can-do attitude.
