CCA are currently looking for a recruitment consultant to join their excellent frontline team as we grow in 2024.

This is purely a Delivery Role with NO Business Development.

CCA are a recruitment company that specialises in Customer Experience roles from frontline roles to senior positions.

This position would be working on our amazing frontline team where you will be delivering for high profile clients, screening candidates, taking interviews, searching for great talent.

If you have at least one year of experience in any recruitment role, regardless of sector, we would like to hear from you.

The ideal candidate would also have experience recruiting customer service roles, this is not essential but would be great to have.

Our commission structure is great and has recently being reviewed to ensure our people benefit the most from their commission package. Our people mean everything to us!

There will be a Pay Review after the first 6 months in the role with the potential to earn a basic of 28,000.00
