The role of the recruitment consultant is varied and diverse, you would be expected to meet and speak with clients and candidates assisting with the recruitment process. The position teaches consultants valuable life and career lessons including:

Previous experience of sales or B2B would be an advantage, recruitment training would be provided depending on your level of expertise and experience.
