Description

The Facilities Electrician will:

  • Carry out electrical maintenance and repairs across the site
  • Ensure all electrical systems comply with safety and operational standards.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the wider engineering team to support manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work completed, including compliance documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols while working on-site.

Profile

A successful Facilities Electrician should have:

  • A recognised electrical apprenticeship, qualification/certifications.
  • 18th Edition wiring regulations.
  • Proven experience working in an electrical-biased facilities maintenance role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations and fault-finding techniques.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a facilities setting.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
