Are you an experienced H&S Manager looking for a step up? Are you a HSE/EHS/SHE Manager looking for your next step in the food manufacturing industry? We are currently working with a well-established and renowned, multi-site food manufacturer that are looking for a HSE Manager to join the team. This role will be Manchester based and also have other site responsibility including travel 1-2 times a month. Both the role & company offer personal investment and development with positive culture being the centre to their success.You will be responsible for all HSE functions, supporting company strategy, working closely with the senior leadership team. You will need to understand legal compliance, communicate and support all site departments and functions, ensure management systems are maintained and improved where possible, implement training and development. To be successful in the role you will need to have 5-10+ years experience within food manufacturing at HSE Manager level. This role could also consider an experienced H&S Manager with good leadership skills who is hungry to take their next step.
