Description
- Assisting with the recruitment process by liaising with candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining records.
- Supporting onboarding initiatives for new hires.
- Assisting with HR-related inquiries and providing appropriate solutions.
- Coordinating HR projects, meetings, and training seminars.
- Collaborating with the HR department to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Assisting in the performance management and employee evaluation process.
- Managing HR documents and employee records in accordance with privacy regulations.
Profile
A successful HR Coordinator should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and procedures.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
