A leading manufacturer is recruiting Production Operatives in a hands-on role, operating mixing machinery in a high-volume and busy production line. Working 37.5 hours per week, this night shift operates 10 pm - 6 am. THE ROLE:

• Working in a friendly and fast-paced environment you will help meet production targets, maximise output and minimise waste.
• Measuring, grading and feeding batches of raw materials or unfinished products into machinery.
• Monitoring the production process and carrying out basic testing and quality checks.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Similar experience in a production role is desirable.
• Excellent timekeeping - turning up on time and completing a full shift is essential.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

• 16.70 per hour (equivalent to 32,565 per year).
• Discretionary bonus of approximately 1,791.07 (taking earnings to 34,356 per year)
• 25 days holiday (5 of which to be used over Christmas) + public holidays
• Optional health and pension scheme after the probation period.
