This is a full-time, temporary position based in Manchester. You'll enjoy a standard workweek Mon-Fri for a 3 month fixed-term contract. You will be paid up to £12.25 per hour.Let's talk about the role. It involves:Acting as the first point of contact at the branch - answering calls, handling general enquiries and providing excellent customer serviceManaging phonelines and directing calls/emails to the appropriate team membersOrganising and maintaining the diary of appointments for the lettings teamCo-ordinating key handover appointments, key collections, and assisting with regular key auditsSending out compliance-related documents for e-signatureUpdating the internal CRM system with applicant, landlord and tenant activityContacting applicants, tenants and landlords by phone and email to gather/relay feedback or confirm appointmentsRelaying viewing feedback to landlords and recording updates accordinglySupporting the lettings team to ensure a smooth transition from let agreed through to tenancy progression and move-inAssisting with general administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks to support day-to-day branch operationsWe're not just looking for someone who fits our team; we want to be a good fit for you too!We're excited to offer these amazing benefits to our hardworking teams.
