Requirements: Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor within the UK rail sector. Strong understanding of rail infrastructure projects and the associated commercial risks. In-depth knowledge of NEC contracts (essential). Demonstrable experience of working on high-value infrastructure projects, ideally within the North West. Strong negotiation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills. Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar (preferred). RICS or equivalent professional membership (desirable but not essential).
