Print General Manager

Location: Manchester Salary: Upto £50k + Benefits

Located at Trafford Park, Manchester, DCB Group Ltd is a well-established manufacturer of large and small format digital and B3 litho. We are part of the Hague Group who are a successful multi-disciplined print organisation with sites across the UK.

We are seeking a high calibre production professional who can effectively lead and manage all aspects of production including estimating, scheduling, procurement, print production and finishing. A key purpose of the role is to continually improve the financial performance of this part of our business.

  • A hands-on individual who wants to get their teeth into a new challenge.
  • A highly experienced people manager who possesses strong leadership skills.
  • Already operating at a senior management level and in a similar role.
  • Experienced in process improvement identification and implementation.
  • Experienced in large and small format digital print and B3 litho.
  • Experience of estimating, procurement and scheduling.
  • Commercially astute with good decision making and problem solving ability.
  • Resilient, determined, influential, results-orientated.

A good working knowledge of Tharstens software would be beneficial.

Your workdays will be Monday Friday and we ll need you to be willing and able to be flexible around your daily work hours in order to meet the demands of the role.

Salary: As well as a salary of up to £50k (subject to experience), benefits include generous annual leave of 27 days plus bank holidays, pension and free on site parking.
