We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support a fantastic client we are partnered with. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
Successful candidates must ideally be available immediately or at short notice!
Key Responsibilities as a Project Coordinator:
- Project Support: Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and milestones across multiple workstreams.
- Scheduling & Meetings: Organize virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and capture action items and follow-ups.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date project plans, reports, and status dashboards.
- Communication: Serve as the central point of contact between stakeholders, tracking updates and resolving minor issues.
- Risk & Issue Tracking: Identify potential risks and escalate as needed to project managers or leadership.
- Reporting: Compile weekly progress summaries and budget/expense reports as required.
Requirements of the role:
- Experience of supporting project and/or programme delivery (ideally within the not for profit or statutory sector or from further afield).
- Knowledge and understanding of project delivery processes, including managing budgets, tracking progress against agreed timelines and delivery milestones etc.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- 2+ years in a project coordination or similar role (PMO experience a plus).
