Are you analytical and passionate about safety? Join Travel Counsellors as a Safety and Risk Analyst, where you'll use data to spot risks, improve processes, and make a real impact on travel safety.

As a Safety and Risk Analyst with us, you will be responsible for working within the Compliance & Risk team, helping to create a robust framework of data analytics, summarising and reporting on results.

Principal Accountabilities
  • Assist in the delivery of compliance reviews in line with agreed KPIs.
  • Assess compliance (as required) using agreed methodologies and programmes, including interrogation of data and systems to identify any issues and barriers to compliance.
  • Undertake travel health & safety audit activity to ensure the Travel Safety Management System is being fulfilled, analyse the results, maintain audit records and reporting information, and liaise with suppliers, commercial, TCs, and the Global Health & Safety Manager, as required.
  • Third-party screening - liaise with suppliers/customers and other stakeholders, as required.
  • Liaise with external providers of screening services, as required.
  • Conduct a programme of data analytics in line with agreed KPIs.
  • Maintain the Compliance & Risk team methodologies/policies/training materials.

Essential Skills
  • Experience and knowledge of working with vast amounts of data, analysing, interpreting, and summarising results.
  • Knowledge of travel health & safety and the use of third-party providers.
