The successful Senior Project Manager will have the chance to work with a loyal client base including private developers, estates, and institutional landlords. The Senior Project Manager's roleThe Senior Project Manager will take ownership of projects ranging from £2m to £30m, with current schemes including prime residential conversions, commercial fit outs, and sensitive heritage refurbishments. You'll manage the full project lifecycle-from feasibility and planning through to delivery and final account-while coordinating design teams, contract administration and stakeholder engagement.You will also contribute to client relationship management and new business, helping to identify opportunities for continued growth.
