Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of SHEQ forms within the Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Provide expert support and advice to delivery teams on all SHEQ matters.
- Perform site audits in line with the IMS and agreed programs.
- Develop and lead quality initiatives in collaboration with the Managing Director and Business Operations Manager.
- Identify and create divisional initiatives based on incident analysis and trends.
- Assist the Preconstruction team in formulating SHEQ arrangements.
- Assess the health and safety competency of the supply chain as needed.
- Deliver training sessions for the PI workforce and supply chain.
- Collect, analyze, and report SHEQ data for board presentations.
- Maintain and update SHEQ forms within the IMS.
- Conduct monthly H&S site audits, report findings, and grade each site formally.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director to prioritize SHEQ in all company activities and report findings to the Board.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- NEBOSH Diploma
- Valid CSCS card
- Membership of a recognized health and safety professional body
