Due to the continued expansion of our award-winning IT infrastructure design and build business, we have an exciting career opportunity for an Stores Assistant to join our Manchester based team. Sudlows, who work throughout the UK, have a growing portfolio of clients globally. We have over 200 staff and have achieved recent growth with ongoing expansion plans. Sudlows are keen to recruit candidates who will be part of this ambition.

Role Purpose

The successful Stores Assistant will be working with the team based in our Manchester office. In this position you will be required to carry out the following tasks:

• Co-ordinating and recording stock
• Manual handling
• Maintaining the stores room
• Take delivery of all goods
• Heavy lifting
• Assist in stock takes when required
• Update and maintain all documentation

Personal Specification

The successful candidate will be a valued member of one of our most successful departments. We are currently looking to grow our business and this role is a key part to this vision.

Whilst it is not essential, any experience working in a similar environment will be beneficial. You will have good communication and numeracy skills, and be IT literate. Good time keeping, being physically fit and having a strong work ethic are all key strengths for this role.

Must be polite, friendly with an enthusiasm to learn and develop new skills.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
