Associate Landscape Architect / LVIA Opportunity: An opportunity to work as an Associate Landscape Architect for a globally respected and recognised multidisciplinary firm, who s portfolio includes massive projects located all around the world. Role: Your responsibilities as an Associate Landscape Architect will involve shaping the vision of landscapes at the forefront of the client s plans. This will include: LVIA s, LVA, EIA s, Management Plans, Opportunities and Constraints Assessments, Management Plans, GI and Landscape Strategies and Method Statements. Alongside this, you will be taking on a key client facing role, meeting clients and forming strong working relationships, helping to win your own work for the company. Role Requirements: Demonstrable experience of field survey work. A strong understanding of planning policy and legislation frameworks. Strong project management experience and skills. Experience working in a client facing capacity. Very strong communication skills, able to clearly and concisely liaise with clients, LPAs etc. Proven record of winning work and effective business development. A full, clean UK driving license. Being a Chartered member of the Landscape Institute is highly desirable. A keen interest in developing and mentoring new/existing team members is also.
