Time Recruitment is proud to be working on behalf of a prestigious client to recruit a Front of House Experience Host for a building in the heart of Manchester. This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking team that's redefining hospitality and workplace culture through innovation, personalisation, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and host guests with warmth and professionalism

Manage visitor flow and escort guests around the building

Take coffee orders and deliver tailored customer service

Support reception duties and assist with meeting room diary management

Maintain presentation of common areas and perform spot cleans

Engage with social media and help track building footfall data

Ensure GDPR compliance and support internal and statutory standards

Skills & Experience Required

      Strong communication and hosting abilities

Proven customer service experience, ideally in hospitality or front of house roles

Ability to take initiative, adapt quickly, and embrace new challenges

Familiarity with the local area would be great

Comfortable with administrative tasks and basic stock keeping
