Description

  • Deliver training sessions to staff on health and safety protocols.
  • Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and training activities.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety standards into planning and execution.
  • Keep up to date with industry regulations and ensure the organisation's compliance.

Profile

A successful Health & Safety Advisor should have:

  • A strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments and site inspections.
  • Proven ability to deliver training and communicate safety measures effectively.
  • Knowledge of incident investigation processes and reporting standards.
  • Relevant certifications, such as NEBOSH or equivalent qualifications.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
