Client Overview: We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable housing provider committed to maintaining safe, functional, and high-quality living environments for tenants. As part of their ongoing investment in property standards, we are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Operative to join their responsive maintenance team.

Role Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance and repairs across social housing properties and ensuring homes are restored to a high standard for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake general maintenance duties across a range of tenanted and void properties

• Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high quality standard

• Accurately report work completed and materials used using handheld or manual systems

• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company procedures at all times

• Provide feedback to the maintenance supervisor on recurring issues or property condition

You will be provided with a van and all necessary tools which stays at the office overnight.
