Mobile Fabric Engineers Required

We are looking for a number of mobile fabric engineers in the (Leeds/Manchester) area to work on a permanent basis for one of our clients who support commercial and retail businesses with ongoing FM and maintenance. Most properties will be high street commercial and retail properties and our clients operate a 'first time fix' policy where possible, which means you will visit multiple sites and carry out repair work including basic joinery works, decorating repairs, fixture replacement, ceiling/floor replacement and external works where required. You may also be asked to assist with basic electrical or plumbing works.

The majority of work will be on a reactive basis, but there are times when you will get involved in rollouts of planned maintenance for larger clients. You will be provided with a company vehicle and uniform and will be expected to adhere to the company on call rota.
