Neighbourhood Officer Fixed Term Contract - 6 months 36,000 Manchester

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Neighbourhood Officer to join an organisation based in Manchester.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Neighbourhood Officer:

• Identify and manage low level breaches of tenancy
• Conduct estate inspections and tenancy visits
• Liaise with third party agencies including local authorities, police and support services
• Manage anti-social behaviour
• Support the provision of an effective void, repairs and maintenance service

Essential Requirements of the Neighbourhood Officer:

• Enhanced DBS
• Full UK Driving Licence
