Property Manager

Salary: 28k - 35kLocation: Manchester Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri)

The Key Duties of the Property Manager: Responsible for the day-to-day management of a large portfolio of properties Organising and scheduling maintenance works liaising with both landlords and tenants Arrange tenancy agreements, payments, contract signing and deposit registration Ensuring properties comply with regulations, including EICR and gas safety requirements Negotiating lease renewals and drafting renewal documents

The Key Requirements of the Property Manager: Experience in property management is desirable Experience using property management software is desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational skills Strong problem solving skills
