Position: Regional Facilities Manager (NW)Location: North West RegionReports to: Senior Facilities Manager Purpose:The Regional Facilities Manager will ensure the effective management of facilities across the office portfolio. This includes managing reactive maintenance, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting the Property Management team with site inspections and Health & Safety reviews. Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure statutory compliance through site visits, inspections, and collaboration with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage a PPM schedule for statutory tests and inspections, ensuring all certification is completed on time.
  • Oversee reactive maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring all works are completed promptly and to a high standard.
  • Manage out-of-hours reactive maintenance services, coordinating with contractors for urgent tasks.
  • Provide support to the Property Management team, including regular site visits, post-inspection feedback, and budget management.
  • Review Health & Safety reports and Risk Assessments, ensuring any required actions are addressed.
  • Liaise with third-party stakeholders, including local authorities, to ensure ongoing site compliance.
Person Specification:
  • Proven experience in facilities management, including statutory compliance, Health & Safety audits, and tenant liaison.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise time-sensitive tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent communication and planning abilities.
  • Minimum IOSH qualification; NEBOSH preferred or willingness to undertake training.
Flexible Working:The role allows for one day of home working per week, subject to business needs.
