- Ensure statutory compliance through site visits, inspections, and collaboration with contractors and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage a PPM schedule for statutory tests and inspections, ensuring all certification is completed on time.
- Oversee reactive maintenance across multiple sites, ensuring all works are completed promptly and to a high standard.
- Manage out-of-hours reactive maintenance services, coordinating with contractors for urgent tasks.
- Provide support to the Property Management team, including regular site visits, post-inspection feedback, and budget management.
- Review Health & Safety reports and Risk Assessments, ensuring any required actions are addressed.
- Liaise with third-party stakeholders, including local authorities, to ensure ongoing site compliance.
- Proven experience in facilities management, including statutory compliance, Health & Safety audits, and tenant liaison.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise time-sensitive tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent communication and planning abilities.
- Minimum IOSH qualification; NEBOSH preferred or willingness to undertake training.
