  • Monitor and manage repair budgets and costs.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of all property maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all repair activities.
  • Handle general administrative tasks to support the property department.
  • Respond promptly to urgent repair issues and escalate as necessary.

Profile

Job Offer
