The Role: As a key part of the valuation team, you ll work with an impressive client portfolio across sectors including banking, investment, development, and corporate occupiers. From loan security and asset valuations to portfolio reviews and development appraisals, you ll be involved in a variety of complex and high-profile instructions. What You ll Be Doing:

• Providing Red Book valuations for a wide range of commercial properties
• Supporting major financial institutions, developers, and corporate clients
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Conducting market research, inspections, and report preparation
• Contributing to business development and maintaining client relationships

• MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer
• Experience in commercial property valuations
• Strong report-writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple instructions and meet deadlines
• Motivated, team-oriented, and client-focused
