The Quantity Surveyor opportunity for our client in the FM sector will be working with a well recognised client in the UK. The contract is TFM with abroad mix of hard and soft services across their Critical National Infrastructure sites, corporate offices and UK wide operational estate. The initial term is 5 years and services commenced in September 2023. This role reports to the Commercial Manager for the client and will work close collaboration with account team colleagues and the wider commercial function within Technical Services. There are lots of opportunities to progress with our client, as the division and the client account continue to grow, you will be given the opportunity, support and guidance to progress. The role will be a hybrid position, based out of the Manchester office, with home working available as well. Package is a salary of up to 75k plus car or car allowance.
