We are looking for a groundworker to assist our valued client who are based in Manchester, M38.

The work itself will be in Creetown, Scotland, so will be working in Scotland, travelling up with the workers, Digs and Fuel Costs covered.

The project is making bases for speed cameras, and will involve shuttering, concreting, ducting and drainage works, working alongside the company's direct workers, travelling up on the 20th July to start on the 21'st, with the duration as 1 or 2 weeks.

CSCS is essential on this site, as well as a driving licence.

10 Hour days on this site.

Your role is to improve standards in relation to buildings, building work and public safety, and to develop the partnerships needed to maintain the high standards of service delivery.On a daily basis you will be taking part in site visits, liaising with your team and making sure that the projects being delivered are safe and compliant.What you'll need to succeed If you are a building control inspector or surveyor with Class 2 and Class 3 competencies, then get in touch! I'd love to discuss how your knowledge of the current building regulations, and chartered status with MCIOB/ MCIOB/ MCABE will be used to help improve standards in relation to buildings, building work and public safety.
