The Role:As Sub Agent, you will play a key role in delivering critical elements of the scheme, including:

• Management of RC structures and demolition activities.
• Overseeing earthworks and groundworks to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordination of teams delivering new junction upgrades and dual carriageway construction.
• Ensuring safety, quality, and programme milestones are achieved.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in RC structures and demolition within major civil engineering projects.
• Demonstrable expertise in highways or infrastructure schemes.
• Strong knowledge of earthworks, drainage, and concrete works.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• CSCS and SMSTS qualifications are desirable.
