Reeson Education is collaborating with a dynamic mainstream school in Manchester (M4) to recruit a dedicated Learning Support Assistant. This full-time, long-term position offers the potential for a permanent contract, subject to mutual agreement.

Key Responsibilities of the Learning Support Assistant:

• Provide group and one-to-one support within the school's resource provision, catering to students across various age groups.

• Conduct targeted interventions to address specific learning needs.

• Facilitate outdoor learning sessions, promoting engagement and practical skills.

• Organize and supervise activities in sensory rooms to support sensory development.

• Adapt teaching methods dynamically to meet the evolving needs of students, ensuring an inclusive and effective learning environment.

Qualifications and Experience Required for the Learning Support Assistant:

• Prior experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar educational support role is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to work flexibly and adaptively, modifying approaches as needed to enhance student learning outcomes.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

• A genuine passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs, fostering an inclusive and supportive educational environment.
