You will work closely with teaching staff to implement plans for students with additional needs, lead small group activities, and offer one-to-one support as required. Additionally, you will contribute to the monitoring and assessment of students' progress and assist in maintaining a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. You will also be responsible for 20- 40% of classroom Teaching where required.To be considered for this role, you must hold an HLTA qualification or equivalent and have experience working with children in a school environment - ECT's are also encouraged to apply. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and use your initiative.
