Key Care & Support have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Registered Manager -Community Support services Full time hours 37.5 hours a week, flexible to meet service needs Salary and benefits: (phone number removed) per annum, 33 days leave inclusive of Bank Holidays, contributory pension scheme, use of company vehicle for business use ( full clean driving licence required) Qualifications: Desirable: Level 5 in leadership and management Essential: Level in Health and Social Care Role: To support Registered Manager in delivery of high quality community support services for adults and children To ensure 100% staff support cover to all people we support To review support plans and liaise with relevant professionals To effectively lead and manage the support teams to deliver outstanding support and care To communicate effectively with people we support, families and staff support teams and relevant professionals To work as a team member and provide oncall cover in rota with other operational leaders ( additional payment for oncall cover) To cover in absence of Registered Manager Interested?
