Please note:
- We are currently hiring Mobile Support Officers (MSOs) to join our team for a crucial assignment. For this role, candidates must be located within a 30-minute journey from the following postcodes: OL1, OL5, OL6
- You do not need to drive but you need to get yourself to a central location, which will be communicated to you as and when required, for your colleague to collect you
- You will be required to find transport if you do not have your own
- Please let us know should you own your own vehicle and have a full UK Drivers license with less than 9 points
Your Role:
As an Electronic Monitoring Support Officer, you'll play a key part in:
- Partnering with the electronic monitor tagging team during their daily tasks
- Assisting in the installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and clear communication
- Delivering top-notch customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring
What You Bring:
- BPSS clearance (handled by Adecco upon successful application)
- DBS clearance (or a willingness to obtain one)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- No prior experience needed - we'll provide all the training you need!
Assignment Details:
- Working Pattern:Full Time 37.5 hours per week
- Working Hours: Shift pattern: 10 week rotation, covering 7 days per week, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Please note the majority of shifts are between 5pm to 1am.
- Training: 1 day online training and induction
