Lead the operational effectiveness and continuous improvement of the Housing and Support department. Oversee the mobilisation, development and growth of Supported Exempt Accommodation services. Lead on safeguarding frameworks, processes and compliance. Manage and develop remote teams across the region, creating a strong and high-performing culture. Build and maintain effective relationships with local authority commissioners, partners and other key stakeholders. Support the development and delivery of homelessness prevention pathways and strategic objectives. Manage departmental budgets, performance and financial targets. Oversee support planning, risk management, service quality and contractual performance. Develop effective resident feedback, complaints and lived experience processes. Ensure the voice of people with lived experience is embedded into service design and performance improvement. Develop partnerships with employers, community organisations and charitable organisations to create opportunities for residents. Identify opportunities for service growth and continuous improvement. Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing Housing and Support team. Monitor legislative, regulatory and sector developments and ensure services remain compliant.
