As an Early Years Assistant, you ll be a key part of the nursery team, helping to create a safe, engaging environment where children can grow, explore, and thrive. You ll be:

• Working with children aged 6 months to 4 years

• Supporting activities that promote early learning and development

• Learning on the job and building your confidence in Early Years practice

• Being flexible and responsive to the needs of the setting
